The Coca-Cola Company (NYSE: KO), is an American soft drink company, with Corporate Headquarters located at P.O. Box 1734 Atlanta, GA 30301, USA. However, this particular Coca-Cola Bottling Company plant is located in Downtown Los Angeles, Californiaand it was originally designed by architect Robert V. Derrah. The Coca-Cola Building was built in 1939, and is registered as a Los Angeles Historic-Cultural Monument.
This very popular brand was originally invented in May 8, 1886 by Dr. John Pemberton, an American pharmacist of what was then called Pemberton’s Cola. Dr. Pemberton then later sold the rights to a man named Asa Griggs Candler in 1891, who is responsible for the Coca-Cola soft drink we now know and love.
