El Coyote Café

Since 1931 El Coyote Café Mexican Food restaurant has been a staple within the city of Los Angeles. The southern California classic has been host to many guests of diverse cultures, and celebrities from various entertainment media. During Happy Hour, Margarita Mondays and Dinner, the food is of traditional Mexican cuisine, our favorite is the Combinación (One of Two Items). However, the Margarita’s are the house specialty, and the  El Coyote Café Cadillac Margarita is our favorite. There’s about a 10 Minute waiting period, but during Holidays like Cinco De Mayo you may want to make reservations, it tends to get a bit crowded. The decor is of a classic Mexican Cantina, also fashioned with an outside patio area and cozy fireplace.

Fun Fact 33 – Film director Tim Burton has been seen enjoying dinner at El Coyote.
