The Burbank Studios

The Burbank Studios is a Broadcasting and Media Production facility that was originally NBC Studios built in 1952, designed and constructed by none other than the Radio Corporation of America (RCA). The Television studio has produced countless television shows over the years, such as The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, Days of Our Lives, NBC News and The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson and then Jay Leno to name a few.

However, in 2014, NBCUniversal owned by Comcast announced a major move, and relocated some offices to Universal Studios Lot, and then majority of programming to the NBC Studios in New York City. The Television studio is located in Burbank, and it was renamed the Burbank Studios after the City of which it stands no doubt, The Burbank Studios remains a full-service film, television, broadcast and new-media campus. It houses the iHeartRadio Theater and the Extra Television Show; the Blizzard Arena Los Angeles formerly operated at the site.

Warner Bros. Discovery acquired The Burbank Studios lot in 2023 and sold it in 2024 to Worthe Real Estate Group, QuadReal Property Group and Stockbridge Capital Group, while Warner Bros. remained a primary tenant. Current studio information is available at The Burbank Studios.
