Westfield Century City is one of many shopping malls owned and operated by Unibail Rodamco Westfield. The property sits on land once owned by the 20th Century Fox Studios, originally built in the 1960s. Westfield completely renovated and expanded the property in 2015, in order to stay competitive with other malls in the area such as the Beverly Center, the Smaller Mall across the street the Beverly Connection and The Grove LA.
The modern decor at Westfield Century City paints a picture of excitement and entertainment, with an outside Atrium area primarily geared towards a variety of entertaining events hosted by many different sponsors and or partners of Westfield. There are also quality Talent Agents such as CAA, adjacent to the Century Plaza Towers ironically designed by architect Minoru Yamasaki, the same architect who designed the World Trade Center Towers, which tragically fell in the 911 terrorist attacks of 2001. As well as the adjacent ICM building, across the street from the mall on Constellation Blvd, and Solar Way, directly next to the new Century Plaza. Any major and or up-and-coming actor or actress would easily fit right in, to lounge or eat at the mall among the stars.
With Bloomingdale’s, Nordstrom, AMC Theaters, Macy’s and Gelson’s as their major anchor stores, which continuously adds to special Westfield’s special environment, garnished with restaurants like Javier’s Mexican Cuisine, RockSugar Southeast Asian Kitchen, Toscanova, Petros Greek Restaurant, Terra and Eataly, Westfield Century City is truly an experience, to experience over and over again.
